Rhynchostele apterum
This species is large and hard to
grow. It comes from the peaks around
the central plateau and is actually quite common. The flowers are vaguely
reminiscent of the Colombian crispum type Odonts. The plants are robust
where they grow naturally, but extremely difficult to rebloom in
cultivation, unless you live at 7000 ft.
