Prosthechea chacoensis
Formerly Encyclia chacoensis, this species appears more commonly in Eastern Oaxaca and Chiapas. The flowers and inflorescence are extremely similar to Prosthechea fragrans. The easiest way to tell them apart, vegetatively, is the overall greyish color of the psuedobulbs and leaves of chacoensis, while fragrans tends to be green, like trulla. The dead give away, is chacoensis has 2 rarely 3 leaves while fragrans has 1. It is actually easy to grow more warm than intermediate and it does not require a rest period.
