Artorima erubescens
The plant pictured just finished flowering in the spring of 2005 in Dan Newmans' greenhouse in Pacifica, California. Notice the extremely distanced pseudobulbs. This species grows in the uppermost parts of the oak trees where it is exposed to bright light and great air movement. It can be found on the peaks of both cordilleras in Oaxaca.
