Cyrtopodium paniculatum
THIS IS NOT THE SAME SPECIES WHICH GROWS IN THE SWAMPS OF FLORIDA!
Weyman assures me, since he grew up in the Everglades, has looked at punctatum by the hundreds, since he was 12 years old, that this is another species. He will hash out, promptly, the correct name and post it here. This species is a definite lithophyte/terrestrial and the protuberances around the lip margin are definitely out of place for it to be a punctatum.
